Peck’s Guide Service offers professionally guided fishing trips and related outdoor experiences. All trips are subject to availability, weather conditions, and local regulations.
📆 Booking & Payment

Reservations require a deposit or full payment at the time of booking.

Final balances must be paid before trip departure.

Booking confirmation will be sent via email.
❌ Cancellations & Refunds
Please refer to our Refund Policy for cancellation terms. Reschedules are subject to availability.
🧯 Liability Waiver
Participation in outdoor activities carries inherent risk. By booking a trip, you agree to release Peck’s Guide Service and its guides from liability for injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the trip, except in cases of gross negligence.
👤 Personal Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service or end a trip early if client behavior is unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive, without refund.
📸 Photos & Media
We may take photos during trips for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please let your guide know in advance.
