📄 Peck’s Guide Service – Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Peck’s Guide Service, we understand that life happens. We aim to be fair and flexible while protecting the integrity of our schedule and team. Please read our policy carefully before booking your guided trip.


Cancellations

  • Full refund for cancellations made 7 days or more before your scheduled trip.

  • 50% refund for cancellations made 3–6 days before your trip.

  • No refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of your trip, or for no-shows.

You may reschedule your trip (subject to availability) up to 72 hours before your departure with no penalty.


🌧️ Weather-Related Cancellations

Your safety is our top priority. If we need to cancel a trip due to dangerous weather or water conditions:

  • You will be offered the choice to reschedule or receive a full refund.


💳 Booking & Deposits

  • All bookings require a deposit at the time of reservation.

  • Remaining balances are due prior to departure unless other arrangements have been made.

  • Refunds will be returned to the original payment method.


⚠️ Late Arrivals & No-Shows

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to your departure time. Trips shortened or missed due to late arrival or no-show are not eligible for refund.
